I reached out to Pedja Jovanovic in 2014 to help me prepare for Deloitte Central Europe partnership accession process. This process was the focal point of my career and I needed to be my best. Working with Pedja helped me reflect on the core of my values, motivations, and strengths. This process of self-reflection helped me realize what my true career goals and potentials are and how to communicate those in most efficient, engaging and enthusiastic way. Pedja did not only help me to successfully complete very demanding and meticulous partner accession process, more importantly he helped me be more successful in my career way beyond partner accession. The skills and self-reflection I learned while working with Pedja I am able to use in my every day work.
