I met Pedja during “The art and science of coaching” training, held in A1 Makedonija last year. As one of the participants and as a psychologist, I must say, I was impressed by his knowledge and in depth understanding of human psychology. During this training, besides the coaching philosophy and techniques, we discussed the different perspectives and approaches in people’s motivation and behavior, comparing therapy and coaching and learning trough examples and live demonstrations. His demos were something special, a real value for me as I could not only learn the coaching process but also observe his behavior and tactics used to steer the client’s inner desires towards something meaningful for him. Pedja is really something special, a true talent for coaching and teaching. He got my attention and now he has my recommendation.

I am an Electro-technical Engineer with 15+ years’ experience in telecommunication industry. I’ve had an amazing opportunity to work with Pedja during two cycles of NLP training. He is an amazing trainer and facilitator and is able to explain most complicated things in very simple way leading you step by step. He knows NLP inside out and is proficient with teaching and motivating people in the group. Group dynamics was very good during his sessions and he used his skills to “manipulate” our attention in order to get us closer to his/our teaching goals.
I would highly recommend him for any kind of facilitating or training, either personally or for company event, you won’t be disappointed, and you’ll get full value for money invested.
