Practice – The Effort That Makes Winning Possible
No matter what your profession is or what you want to achieve, the components of success, that support your action are the same: clear vision, positive attitude and daily practice.
My experience shows, that once a person takes the ownership of the progress, it’s much easier to work creating a vision and developing positive attitude, than meeting the reality through daily practice and action steps. The problem is that practice is the only component that is connected with the real world. Practice is a generator of experience that feeds our unconscious mind so that it gets in the position to instinctively make decisions when it’s needed. Without practice our intuition might be unreliable ally. If we want our unconscious mind to make the best possible decisions for us, we need to “put in” the best experiences. We need to feed it with the best possible thoughts. If you put shit in, guess what you will get? And if you don’t put anything, then your unconscious mind will start to pick random content for you.
Knowing is not enough, we must APPLY.
Willing is not enough, we must DO.

When it comes to practice people tend to make many different excuses, and most common are:
“I don’t have time.”
Its never about time – its always about importance. You have 24h per day and you can spend them in whatever way you want. So, its not that you don’t have time, you just spend your time on something more important.
“I don’t have space/group/people… where/with whom I can practice.”
Before allocate a special time for practice include the skill you want to develop in daily life. Take the maximum from any situation.
“I’m not good enough to start.”
Many people put strong pressure on themselves that they need to be perfect all the time. Even when they practice, they are not comfortable to make mistakes in front of other people. But mistakes are one of the purposes of the practice. You don’t need to be perfect to start, you even don’t need to be perfect in real situation. Good enough is always good enough.
“It’s difficult.”
Your potential will not be fulfilled in your comfort zone. To become better in whatever your profession is, you need to do things that are uncomfortable for you. Whether it is standing in front of the group or selling your services and marketing yourself. If you push yourself over the borders when the game starts there is nothing new, there is nothing you didn’t practice. Whatever happens you know you’ve already done it. Not once, or twice but hundreds of times.
Therefore, every day make at least one small step towards your vision. If you don’t move your ass and do something about your project nothing will happen. Use every opportunity to test your new skills, it’s just the matter of intention. Connect action steps and practice with vision and attitude, and you will be unstoppable.
